The short version

GameLock does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Ever.

What we collect

Nothing. GameLock runs entirely on your Mac. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no telemetry of any kind.

What stays on your device

The following data is stored locally on your Mac only and never leaves your device:

• Your game scores and session history
• Your theme and timer preferences
• Your trial start date (stored in Keychain)
• Your license key, if purchased (stored in Keychain)

License key activation

When you activate a license key, GameLock makes a single network request to our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) to verify the key. No personal information is sent — only the license key string itself. This request is made once at activation and never again.

This website

This website (gamelock.app) does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics. No data is collected from visitors.

Third-party services

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. When you buy GameLock, your payment information is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. Please refer to their Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.

Children

GameLock does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect it.
